Formally, we are an independent, family run Estate & Letting Agency based in Borehamwood.

Informally, Silwoods are made up of 2 brothers (Maz & Anish) who have a vision to become the leading (personal) agent within the core coverage areas, selling what we call unique, high value, special homes.

Although we work from our home office, our business registered address is 4 Imperial Place, Maxwell Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1JN.

We mainly focus on Elstree, Borehamwood, Edgware & Colindale. For any properties outside of this area (within North-West London / Hertfordshire area), please contact us to discuss your requirements. We can then guide you accordingly.

We offer Sales & Lettings. For residential sales (selling properties), we focus on selling unique, high value, special homes through our bespoke marketing. For Lettings, we offer Letting & Managed, or find a Tenant only service.

However, careful planning and attention to detail when it comes to property descriptions, the order of photos, the type of photos taken (e,g, lifestyle photos, drone photography and twilight photos), social media posts and the bespoke property brochure.

We have sold several properties since opening in 2018.  Although from the start, we were building our Lettings division of the business.  Since 2025, we have focussed our attention to Selling properties We are happy to showcase our sold collection since 2018.
